About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate who will directly report to the Manager. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, building long-term relationships, and analyzing insights to enhance customer experience and retention. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and an analytical mindset to identify and resolve customer pain points.

What You'll Work On

1. Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of their needs.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase trust and brand loyalty.

3. Conduct periodic follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

1. Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

2. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting and process improvement.

3. Assist in creating reports, trackers, and documentation related to customer experience and outcomes.

1. Work with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.

2. Share insights and suggestions with the leadership team to improve processes, products, and services.

Who We're Looking For

1. A strong communicator who can confidently connect in both Hindi and English (extra brownie points if you know more regional languages).

2. Someone comfortable with data and numbers, whether it’s Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or creating simple reports.

3. A natural problem-solver with an empathetic, customer-first approach.

4. Thrives in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
