The product title names the models it is made for, and it will not fit others — our ranges use different chassis, wheel sizes and battery connectors. We keep parts available for the life of the product, and the listing going out of stock on the website does not mean the part has stopped existing. Tell them which model you own and what you need.
Most parts on our cars come off with the screwdriver supplied in the original box — tyres, shells and battery packs are all designed to be changed at home without special tools. That serviceability is deliberate, and it is why we use brushed motors and simple parts. If a part is not going on the way you expect, send Customer Success a photo before forcing it.
We offer something better suited to a hobby product: lifetime support. Whatever goes wrong, and however long you have had it, our Customer Success team will help you get it running again — WhatsApp +91 98802 12323 or email carecrew@legendoftoys.com. If a part wears out or breaks, tell them what you need and they will arrange a replacement for the life of the product. If something arrives damaged or a part is missing from the box, record a clear video while opening the package and send it across — that helps us verify and get the replacement out to you, without a return.
Shipping is free on every product, and the price you see is the price you pay — all taxes included, nothing added at checkout. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships; if you cannot find them, contact us and we will send them again. Full terms are on our shipping policy page.
