The car moves randomly even when remote os untouched, can you arrange a non defective replacement?

I received the RC drift car a little later than expected, but it was definitely worth the wait. The packaging was secure, and the car arrived in perfect condition. It works flawlessly, with smooth controls, excellent drifting performance, and a sturdy build quality. The design looks fantastic, and it's a lot of fun to use. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product and feel it offers great value for the price. Highly recommended!
This is an amazing rc drift car with excellent build quality. Proud of made in India. It has proportional steering with proportional throttle which feels quite premium with such price prospective. I would like to tell about the remote controller's screw which was very difficult to open by screw driver. It seems some bad quality of screw which was stripped easily without rotating out actually. It would be good if you guys improve this screw part. I literally make it up with hot knife and made the surrounding of screw melt so after that i can able to move/rotate it with long nose plier.

car badhiya hai fast hai drift bhi acchi krti hai but ye ek hobby car hai to isko dekh ke log attract hone chahiye aur puchne chahiye ki ye car kaisi hai, design wise bhi acchi hai , dur se acchi dikhti hai but pass se dekhne pe scraces bhut the jab box open kiya tha, to mera ye suggestion hai lots team ko. ki car ko plastic wrape skin krke dijiye ya fir atleast plasting bag me dijiye aur scratch free hona chahiye unboxing experience , chamakri hui shiny car niklani chahiye.

Honest review from a Indian dad – solid build quality, not that cheap plastic you get in local market. Wheels are rolling nicely and the car look dam stylish on the table. neighbours must be thinking drag race is happening in my hall.

Smooth and hard — tile, wood, polished concrete or a smooth garage floor. Carpet will stop a drift car dead. A clear stretch of about three or four metres is enough to start linking corners; you do not need a big space, you need a slippery one.
The drift tyres are hard and low-grip — they let the back end break away so the car slides. The grip tyres are softer and hold the road, which makes the car quicker point-to-point and much easier for a beginner to steer. Both sets are included, and swapping them takes a couple of minutes with the screwdriver in the box. Most people learn on the grip tyres and move to the drift set once they can hold a line.
Yes. Every L.O.T car uses 2.4GHz control and pairs itself to its own remote automatically, so several cars can run in the same room without interfering with each other. Range is about 100 m, line of sight.
On smooth outdoor surfaces — a paved driveway, a basketball court, polished concrete — yes. On grass, gravel, sand or broken ground, no: the low ground clearance and small wheels are built for flat indoor floors. If outdoors is the plan, our off-road range is the right tool.
Shadow carries a 1200mAh pack, well over twice the 500mAh in Ghost and Vortex, and runs an ABS shell rather than flexible PVC — rigid and crisp instead of forgiving. Proportional throttle and steering are the same across the range. Across the 1:24 line, Shadow, Flare 2.0 and Night Wolf carry the 1200mAh pack; Ghost, Vortex and Flare 1.0 carry 500mAh.
